Because of our current size, we have a limited refund policy. However, if you receive a shirt that is somehow defective from the manufacturer or has been damaged in delivery, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Remember to take pictures of damaged items and receipts for your records and attach them to an email informing us of the specifics to: 

support@christgeneration.net.

If you prefer a refund,  it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days of our receiving the item. Also, please allow time for your bank or credit card processing which could take an additional 10 business days. 

We will be responsible for shipping both ways if you would like to exchange. Either way, please return the damaged or defective item to:

If you have completed these steps and you still have not received your refund, within 20 days, again, you may contact us at support@christgeneration.net.
